Yes! The Embroidery Legacy Christmas Party is completely free to attend. No purchase is required to register, enjoy the live event, receive your 5 free Christmas designs, and enter for a chance to win one of 3 Poolin embroidery machines.
Do I need to own an embroidery machine?
This event and giveaway are created specifically for machine embroiderers. To be eligible to win a machine, you must currently own or regularly use an embroidery machine, and we may ask potential winners to provide reasonable verification.
Where and when is the live event?
The Christmas Party will be held online on Saturday, November 7th, 2026 at 2 PM ET and streamed live on our YouTube channel:

How do I get my 5 free designs?
Simply register for the Christmas Party! We’ll send your 5 free Christmas embroidery designs by email after the live event on November 7th. No purchase is required.
Do I have to attend live to win a machine?
Yes. You must be watching live when your name is called to claim a machine. If selected, a simple Live Verification Question will appear on screen, and you’ll have 3 minutes to email us the correct answer from the same email address you used to register. If we don’t hear from you in time, another potential winner will be selected.
Can international embroiderers enter?
Yes! The giveaway is open to eligible machine embroiderers worldwide, where permitted by law. Standard shipping is covered within the contiguous United States. Winners outside the contiguous U.S. are responsible for shipping costs and any applicable duties, taxes, customs, import fees, etc.

Embroidery Legacy 2026 Christmas Party Poolin Embroidery Machine Giveaway
1. Sponsor
The Embroidery Legacy 2026 Christmas Party Poolin Embroidery Machine Giveaway (the “Contest”) is sponsored and administered by Dress Crest Embroidery Co. Ltd., operating as Embroidery Legacy (“Embroidery Legacy” or the “Sponsor”).

Poolin is associated with and/or providing prizes for the Contest but does not administer the Contest, select potential winners, or make final determinations regarding entrant eligibility unless expressly stated otherwise.
2. Contest Period
The Contest begins on October 1, 2026 at 12:00 a.m. Eastern Time and ends on November 6, 2026 at 11:59 p.m. Eastern Time (the “Contest Period”).
Entries received before or after the Contest Period will not be eligible.
Potential winners will be selected during the live Embroidery Legacy Christmas Party on November 7, 2026 at 2 pm Eastern Time.
3. Eligibility
The Contest is open worldwide, where permitted by law, to individuals who are at least 18 years of age or the age of majority in their jurisdiction of residence, whichever is higher, at the time of entry.
This Contest is intended exclusively for machine embroiderers. Entrants must currently own or regularly use an embroidery machine.
Potential winners may be required to provide reasonable verification that they participate in machine embroidery, such as a photograph of their embroidery machine or a recent machine embroidery project.
Employees, officers, directors, contractors, representatives and agents of Embroidery Legacy, Dress Crest Embroidery Co. Ltd., prize providers and companies directly involved in the administration of the Contest, as well as their immediate family members and members of their household, are not eligible to participate.
Entrants are responsible for ensuring that their participation in the Contest and acceptance, shipment, importation and possession of a prize are lawful in their country, state, province, territory or region.
The Contest is void wherever prohibited or restricted by applicable law.
4. Prizes
A total of three (3) Poolin embroidery machines will be awarded.
Prize: Poolin EOC06
Approximate Retail Value: US$1,399 per machine
Total Approximate Retail Value of All Three Prizes: US$4,197
Each prize consists only of the items expressly identified by Sponsor as being included with the applicable embroidery machine.
Prizes are non-transferable and cannot be redeemed for cash.
If an advertised prize becomes unavailable for reasons beyond Sponsor’s reasonable control, Sponsor may substitute a prize of equal or greater approximate retail value, subject to applicable law.
Each entrant may win a maximum of one (1) embroidery machine during the Contest.
5. No Purchase Necessary
NO PURCHASE IS NECESSARY TO ENTER OR WIN. A PURCHASE WILL NOT INCREASE YOUR CHANCES OF WINNING.
Entry into the Contest is available free of charge.
6. How to Enter
During the Contest Period, entrants must complete and submit the official Christmas Party registration form located at the top of this page.
Entrants must provide the information requested on the registration form.
Limit one (1) Contest entry per person.
Submitting multiple registrations will not increase an entrant’s chances of winning. Duplicate, automated, fraudulent, incomplete or otherwise invalid entries may be disqualified.
7. Live Attendance Required to Win
Entrants must be watching the live Embroidery Legacy Christmas Party on November 7, 2026 when their name is selected in order to win.
Registration alone does not entitle an entrant to receive a prize.
Each selected entrant will be considered a potential winner until they successfully complete the Live Verification process and satisfy all other eligibility requirements contained in these Official Rules.
8. Winner Selection
Three (3) potential winners will be selected at random from eligible Contest entries during the live Embroidery Legacy Christmas Party.
Potential winners may be selected at different times throughout the live event.
If a selected entrant fails to satisfy the Live Verification process or any other requirement contained in these Official Rules, the prize will be forfeited and another eligible entrant may be selected at random.
This process may continue until an eligible potential winner successfully claims each prize.
9. Live Verification Question
When a potential winner’s name is announced during the live event, Embroidery Legacy will display a Live Verification Question on screen.
The Live Verification Question may consist of a simple mathematical question.
The potential winner must email the correct answer to:
winner@embroiderylegacy.com
The response must:
- Be received within three (3) minutes of the potential winner’s name being announced;
- Contain the correct answer to the Live Verification Question; and
- Be sent from the same email address used to enter the Contest.
A potential winner will forfeit the prize if they:
- Fail to respond within the three-minute claim period;
- Provide an incorrect answer;
- Respond from an email address that cannot reasonably be matched to their Contest registration;
- Fail to satisfy the eligibility requirements contained in these Official Rules;
- Cannot provide reasonable verification that they are a machine embroiderer if requested; or
- Are otherwise determined to be ineligible.
If a potential winner forfeits the prize, another eligible entrant may be selected at random and a new Live Verification Question may be displayed.
Embroidery Legacy’s official livestream, email and Contest records will be used to determine the timing of winner announcements and responses.
10. Odds of Winning
The odds of being selected depend on the total number of eligible entries received during the Contest Period.
Because a potential winner must also be watching the live event when their name is announced, correctly answer the Live Verification Question and respond within the required three-minute period, these requirements materially affect an entrant’s ability to successfully claim a prize.
11. Shipping
For winners located outside of the contiguous United States, all shipping costs are the responsibility of the winner.
This includes winners located in Canada, Alaska, Hawaii, U.S. territories and all other countries or regions outside the contiguous United States.
Any winner responsible for shipping costs will be informed of the applicable shipping arrangements and costs before the prize is shipped.
Winners outside the contiguous United States are responsible for confirming that the prize can legally be imported into and delivered to their location.
If a prize cannot lawfully be delivered to a winner’s location, or if shipment would violate applicable sanctions, export controls, import restrictions or other laws, the potential winner may be deemed ineligible to receive the prize and another potential winner may be selected.
Winners are also responsible for ensuring that the prize is compatible with applicable electrical, voltage, plug and other technical standards in their location.
12. Taxes, Duties and Other Charges
Winners are solely responsible for any applicable federal, state, provincial, local or international taxes arising from the acceptance or receipt of a prize.
Winners outside the contiguous United States are also responsible for any applicable
- Customs duties;
- Brokerage fees;
- Import taxes;
- Tariffs;
- Value-added taxes;
- Governmental fees; or
- Other costs associated with importing or receiving the prize.
A winner may be required to provide tax, customs or other documentation reasonably required by Sponsor to comply with applicable law or arrange delivery.
13. Winner Verification and Prize Acceptance
Potential winners may be required to provide information reasonably necessary to verify eligibility and arrange prize fulfillment, including:
- Proof of identity;
- Proof of age;
- Proof of residence;
- Verification that the winner participates in machine embroidery;
- A valid delivery address;
- Tax or customs information where applicable; and
- Other information reasonably necessary to confirm eligibility or deliver the prize.
Failure or refusal to provide reasonably requested information may result in forfeiture of the prize.
14. Technical Issues
Embroidery Legacy is not responsible for technical difficulties that prevent an entrant from registering, accessing the live event, seeing or hearing a winner announcement, viewing the Live Verification Question, sending an email or responding within the required three-minute period.
This includes, but is not limited to:
- Internet outages or connection problems;
- Livestream delays or buffering;
- Audio or video interruptions;
- Device malfunctions;
- Browser or software problems;
- Email delivery delays or failures;
- Platform outages or errors; or
- Delays or failures involving internet service providers, email providers, livestreaming services or other third-party services.
Entrants are responsible for maintaining a functioning internet connection, email account and device capable of accessing the live event.
15. Contest Integrity
Embroidery Legacy reserves the right to disqualify any entrant who:
- Submits duplicate, automated or fraudulent entries;
- Provides false or misleading information;
- Attempts to manipulate or interfere with registration, winner selection or verification;
- Attempts to impersonate another entrant or potential winner;
- Violates these Official Rules; or
- Acts in a manner intended to compromise the fairness, security or integrity of the Contest.
Sponsor will not arbitrarily remove, reject or disqualify otherwise valid entries.
16. Event Cancellation, Delay or Modification
If technical difficulties, platform outages, natural disasters, governmental actions or other circumstances beyond Embroidery Legacy’s reasonable control prevent the Contest, livestream or prize drawings from operating as intended, Sponsor may postpone, reschedule, suspend or modify the affected portion of the Contest as reasonably necessary to preserve its fairness and integrity, subject to applicable law.
If the live event is rescheduled, Sponsor will make reasonable efforts to notify registered entrants of the revised date and time.
17. Publicity Release
Except where prohibited by applicable law, by accepting a prize, each winner grants Embroidery Legacy permission to use their name, photograph, likeness, voice, statements and general information relating to their prize win for advertising, marketing, social media and promotional purposes without additional compensation.
Where applicable law requires additional consent, Embroidery Legacy will obtain that consent before such use.
18. Privacy
Personal information collected in connection with the Contest may be used to:
- Administer the Contest;
- Verify eligibility;
- Communicate information relating to the Christmas Party;
- Contact potential winners;
- Prevent fraud;
- Arrange prize delivery; and
- Fulfill other purposes reasonably necessary to administer the Contest.
Personal information will be handled in accordance with Embroidery Legacy’s Privacy Policy:
Entry into the Contest does not require entrants to consent to marketing communications beyond those reasonably necessary to administer the Contest.
Any additional promotional or marketing communications will be sent in accordance with applicable law and Embroidery Legacy’s stated privacy and marketing practices.
19. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, by participating in the Contest, entrants agree to release and hold harmless Embroidery Legacy, Dress Crest Embroidery Co. Ltd., its affiliates, officers, directors, employees, representatives, agents, partners and prize providers from claims, losses, damages, injuries, liabilities, costs or expenses arising from or relating to:
- Participation in the Contest;
- Registration or entry;
- The livestream or winner-selection process;
- Live Verification;
- Acceptance or forfeiture of a prize;
- Shipment or delivery of a prize;
- Importation of a prize;
- Possession, installation or use of a prize; or
- Misuse of a prize.
Nothing in these Official Rules is intended to exclude or limit any right, remedy or liability that cannot legally be excluded or limited under applicable law.
20. YouTube and Other Platforms
If the Contest or Christmas Party is conducted using YouTube, entrants must comply with the YouTube Terms of Service and YouTube Community Guidelines.
Entries or conduct that violate applicable YouTube policies may be disqualified where appropriate.
This Contest is not sponsored, endorsed, administered by or associated with YouTube or Google.
By participating, entrants release YouTube from liability relating to the Contest to the extent permitted by applicable law.

21. Governing Law
These Official Rules and the Contest are governed by the laws of the Province of Ontario and the applicable federal laws of Canada, without regard to conflict-of-law principles, except to the extent mandatory laws applicable in an entrant’s jurisdiction provide otherwise.
Any dispute relating to the Contest will be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts located in Ontario, Canada, except where applicable law requires otherwise.
22. Final Decisions
All decisions made by Embroidery Legacy concerning entry validity, eligibility, winner selection, Live Verification, timing, prize fulfillment and interpretation or application of these Official Rules are final and binding to the extent permitted by applicable law.
23. Winner Information
After the prizes have been awarded and verified, Embroidery Legacy may publish or otherwise announce the confirmed winners’ names and general jurisdiction of residence, such as their state, province or country, where permitted by applicable law.
24. Void Where Prohibited
The Contest is void wherever prohibited or restricted by applicable law.
